After the determination of the feasibility of the project and the mobilization of necessary finances a detailed project plan is prepared. This includes studies of alternative plans and final selection of the project in consonance with the optimum standards of durability, safety and economy; the development of the detailed design; complete analysis of the final components of the project; preparation of drawings, specifications and all other documents necessary for the calling of tenders.
