This phase covers the drawing up of tender and contract documents, notices to bidders, and contract forms. MAK.E.S also undertakes to prepare confidential engineer’s cost estimates, backed up with detailed rate analysis, while drafting the tender documents; MAK.E.S endeavors to clearly and unambiguously define the conditions of contract, work specifications, the obligations of the employer and of the contractor so as to minimize the possibilities of disputes and claims. MAK.E.S also assists the Client and his Joint Venture Firm Gulf Consulting Associates Peshawar in Prequalification of the Construction Firms, in calling tenders, tender analysis and award of the Contract since 1995.
